I am moving out at the end of this month, because I bought a house. I lived here for 2 years and agree with a good deal of what has been said on both sides. I do find the staff rude, but have had very little dealings with them, so it doesn't upset me much. The apartments are a nice size, but the cabinets in both the kitchen and the bathroom are terribly ugly and out of date. It is great that they allow animals, but the extra security is a little steep. I have found that the maintenance staff comes very quickly when there is a problem.

The biggest problem is the maintenance of the grounds and snow removal. There is considerable trash all over what would be fairly attractive grounds. I pick up the trash that blows toward my apartment, but the people are slobs and more just blows right over. The lawn service is passable, but not at all great. When it snows, however, both the parking lot and sidewalks take forever to get plowed/shoveled. I usually wind up shoveling the walkways to the parking lot, since they are never done until hours after the snow stopps. The plowing is terrible. You may as well wait for Spring...

For the price - which is reasonable for the area - it's a fine place to live. Not great, but there are much worse.
