You are so restricted on your terms of lease, it is discusting. The staff is discusting...Maintenance is stealing from people, and if they arent stealing they are dealing drugs in the parking lots. The office people are repulsive to talk to, They allow prostitution on the grounds. security is a joke...I was almost written up for grabbing my laundry 15 minutes after 11pm, meanwhile the maintenance guy just sold another bag of whatever accross the parking lot...hmm. several of my cars were broken into, keyed...ect.. jewelery and expencive china was missing out of my apt.

The neighbors so abnoxiously in everyones business it is discusting. they need to know everything about everything, about everyone, and after the game of telephone is so blown out of truth...you have retarded warnings against you. leaving you so dumbfounded. and god forbid you have expensive child toys that they dont have. They are so jelouse.

try not to have a car with any value...by the time you move it wont if it does.

invest in safes...and dont leave anything nice out in the open.

change your front locks, and DO NOT GIVE THE OFFICE THE KEY...always deadbolt!!!!

if you work nights...good luck getting any sleep, or if your kids take naps...good luck...the obnoxious parents who have nothing better to do start taking their kids out at 9am, and play and yell and scream infront of or at everyones apt until 9pm. the parents walk around looking in everyones apts.

their are so many bugs, and such an ant, fly and roach problem, you need to keep up on your spaying.

the woods are filled with garbage.

you can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apt...yes i mean everything.

people will try coming in your apt in the middle of the night. because their is always drunk people in the courtyards.

lets not forget all of the used condoms on the sidewalks, and in the parking lots.

broken bottles left all over, for your kids to fall on.

Well since you've lived here for three years you must have renewed your lease. If you think it's such a horrible palce, why renew?
