Really awful. Grounds are nice enough. So are many of the maintenance people. But once you rent, the management staff is so rude, uncaring, and impossible that you will be stunned if you make the mistake of moving there.

And when you leave, don't expect to see much of your deposit returned. They will not inspect the apartment till you are long gone. Then they stiff you. Expect to pay through the nose for replacement of the rug even if it was old when you moved in and there is no damage except normal and wear and tear, professional cleaning services, and anything no matter how minor.

They will not allow you to see the actual apartment you might be considering. You will see a model instead. The apartment will be different. Talk to a few people who live there, far from the rental office.

Vandalism in the parking lots is a major problem at night. Staff will slip into your apartment for unsceduled "inspections of the fire alarm" while you are away.
