I have lived here for 19yrs, so I consider myself to be a really fair and good opinion to have...I have heard the negative things, and unfortunately read them, but I find this a really great place to live...The office staff is very friendly, and they always accomodate your needs..The apartments are by far larger in size than any other apartments I have ever seen....They have a very nice clubhouse, actually 2 of them...They cater to senior citizens as well as younger families, and single people..They keep the grounds really nice, and the people who truly know what a great place this is to live..take pride in their apts, and they make the outside very attractive and homelike...They have security here, they also have maintenance for anything you request, if it is an emergency they have some maintenance men who live on the grounds who will come if there is an emergency...I think there are just disgruntled people, who like to complain, I find this a very affordable,clean, and friendly place to live...They are pet friendly, which alot of other apts., are not...Let's face it, everyone including me would love to own a home, but given the market and other circumstances, this place is definately 2nd best....I hope people who are considering living here read this review realizing I have been here for 19yrs...Hopefully that will help them make a decision...

You must work there-the office staff is a bunch of crabby old ladies who don't care about you or anyone in the entire complex. I lived there for 2 years--couldn't wait for my lease to be up. They are horrible. MY car was broken into 3 times--probably by the security they have. You could hear everything through the walls and floor--forget about the rats by the dumpster--in front of the houses. God forbid something needs fixing in your apartment--try waiting 2 months for someone to come look at your air conditioner. This is not only my opion but my sister in laws who has lived there almost 2 years and cannot wait for her lease to be up either. The maintenance is rude, the office women are crude and the security isn't worth the 8.00 hour they get paid.
