I lived at LBV for approximately nine years, and I always found the staff courteous and flexible. As someone that was often on travel, I never worried about being away from the apartment as it always felt safe to leave.

Any problems that occurred in the apartment while I was gone (heating, water leaks, etc) were corrected immediately, and I was always informed via phone.

I have recommended the complex to others, and can attest that their experiences and assessment of LBV correspond with mine.

For location, safety, and affordability, it wold be hard to find a similar place in Suffolk county.

I have lived there also.With the exception of the rental staff and their receiving of your first check everyone else was courteous. The maintenance crew were very prompt. But let's face it , the only thing it has is affordability.It is run down and it's better days are behind it.Patchogue is not a good location. And as far as safety goes, cars are constantly getting broken into under the watchful eye of a hired security firm. I would recommend La Bonne Vie to no one.
