There is a maintenance worker named "-----". He lets himself in to peoples apartments with a master key. He claims he does it to check the fire alarms. No appointments, no notice, no nothing. I once worked at this complex during the summer doing air conditioners. He is disgusting, showed me a woman's underwear that he had taken from her apartment.

If residents complain about anything, their leases are not renewed.

The office staff is very vindictive.
