Apartment living can be hell depending on your neighbors. Unfortunately around the time I was leaving for a job in another state, the neighborhood started going bad on the west side of hospital road. Not sure how it is today though...The apartments are nice and for the money you cant beat them. The management staff was great and worked with us on everything. Then again, we are easy to work with people :) So all in all, before moving here you might want to observe a typical weekend day in the courtyard and mingle with your potential neighbors if you can before actually moving in. If your lucky and have good neighbors, this place is well above acceptable. Lived there from 2000 - 2008. Good luck.
