The floor creaks every where you walk.
Heat makes high pitch everytime it comes on.
Walls are thin you can hear your neighbors. Especially door slamming.
The bathroom fan sounds like a jet engine.
They use to tell you when they are cleaning the pipes out. You get a lot of brown water comming through your shower, faucet, bowl.
**We had a family of raccoons in our attic clawing to get into the room. Maintence came every day with a trap to get them but was unsuccessful. One of them had a baby and left it which it fell down into the wall. Which maintenance had to cut it out of the wall to get it out. Nothing more horrible than this baby crying for it's mother for food.
Vandalism in the parking lot. Our parking lot became a part chop shop.
Maintence use to be ok. First come first serve complaint department.Be prepared to take a day off when they come.
When it snows it takes them forever to plow. The ice on the sidewalks is terrible when walking to your car or mailbox.
The Air Condition barely works. If you have the upstairs apartment it is always hot!
You can use the washer and dryers here but you might have to fight with people to get a machine. People leave there laundry in the machine holding you up.
Management sucks. They are rude! I here they don't give your security deposite back. I'm here for a couple more months. I hope they are wrong about that.
Good things: Price is good. You have a lot of closet space. Close to Sunrise Hwy. Good heat.

Be prepared your not getting your full security deposit back.Tell them you want to be there when they do the walk through of your apartment so you can get a receipt of what they write.They'll make things up! Get out and don't look back!
