absolutely disgusting!! management is nasty. ny state law states that management must make tenant aware of all bed bug infestations within the past year before lease signing. the tenant that moved out a week before i moved in had a bed bug infestation. management knew about this and did a lackluster job of exterminating before i moved in. when i quickly realized there were bed bugs in the apartment, management lied to my face and told me that the tenants before me had no history of bedbugs and that i was responsible for the $1,500 exterminator bill on top of ...
