Slightly over priced

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
Assuming that you don't have an appartment that is right next to the rail road, the noise is moderate assuming you can get over the highway interchange mercury lamps beaming throughout the night about 300 feet above in the sky and the continuous drone of i490 and the 441 expressway. The upside is that there's basically an on/off ramp right at the enterance to this complex.
