I've lived here many years, and it used to be a wonderful family oriented apartment complex. Unfortunately, they started leasing to St. John Fisher. It has become a college dorm with a few families thrown in. While there are respectful students, the bad eggs ruin it for the rest of us-and make *ALL* the students look bad.

This is a very old review-- St. John Fisher no longer has an agreement with Woodland Estates and I haven't even seen any college kids here
