I moved into woodland estates 8 months ago, since I have been here I have had a problem with the parking regulations living in a two bedroom and having two cars. If your going to have a regulation about residential and visitor parking then it should be inforced and it is not here. Lighting is horrible in and around complex and walkways, staff is slow and non helpful, and it is loud and noisy.
