Moved in 6/05, rent was 550/month, told that it would only go up to 600 in next year...LIE! Revolving door managers and maintenance staff, no gutters, downspouts, etc... lead to ice outside front door all winter. Windows are sieves, heat bills were $173!!! Lots of college kids, many different cars in and out constantly.
