I've lived at Woodland for almost 2 years. You can't go wrong with the price for the size you get plus the extra storage. Parking is a little rough and the bathroom is very tiny. If I could change one thing it would be the size of the bathroom. Closet space is enormous. Half the complex has great lawn space, the other half (where I live) is over crowded with old growth trees with little sunlight and mostly sand for lawn. We have seeded and babied the lawn to little or no avail. Worse part of the place are some of the neighbors who think it is ok to smoke outside their apt and throw butts all over the sidewalk we all have to use, it's gross and never seems to get picked up. Other than that it changed management last summer and so far seems to be improving!! Insulation and windows are OLD but we've been told they are hoping to replace them and the roofs in the near future so we'll see what happens.
