I lived there for a year. The first night our heat broke (it was March) and I understand that these things happen but maintenance said it was our fault because we set the thermostat at 65 when we went to bed and we had to keep it at 77 in order for it to keep running. I can guarantee that isn't the reason we woke up to a 51 degree freezing apartment. Then the water heater broke a week later. We couldn't put anything metalic in the dishwasher because it would leave an orange film on the dishes. Asked them to fix it and they messed around with the water a little but it was never fixed. There was also a spider infestation in my daughter's room that I notified them about but they didn't do anything about it. We killed at least 4 a day for 2 months. She was only 4 months old at the time so she didn't sleep in her room for a couple months until it was under control. The windows really suck. For that little 800-900 sq ft townhouse it cost an average of $120/month for gas and electric. Not energy efficient at all. Snow removal was great with the little exception that they rarely plowed the parking spaces around the circle. During the winter it took us at least 10-20 minutes to get our cars out because we had to shovel the mounds of snow that they let pile up behind our cars from plowing the circle. Also, if they send you any letters regarding payment keep them until you move out because they "lose" copies and then call you 2 months later and tell you that you still owe them money. And then they also raised their rent to a RIDICULOUS amount. They are ripping people off unless they have replaced everything in those townhouses including windows and doors and also somehow managed to stop the train from shaking the buildings enough to move furniture.

Ha! You can actually see my bed shake from that train! The best part is when it knocks things down off the walls when 2 go by at the same time. You would think there was an earthquake. As for the bugs, we have a cricket infestation in our townhouse at woodland estates. Every summer they swamp our townhouse. Looks like a camping ground but thats what makes this place feel so welcome. I love it here anyways...so far at least.

Yellow Sac Spiders everywhere! google 'em, they bite. I killed 2 in my infant's crib. He woke up one night screeeeeeeaming and I ran in to find one running across his mattress. This past winter we got 16 inches of snow in one day. It started and ended on a Friday. They never plowed my lot and I spent all afternoon digging cars out and pushing neighbors into spaces. They maintenance crew left promptly at 5 and they never plowed us out until Monday afternoon!
