We have lived here for a year and it was the best move we could have ever made! You have to deal with the trains going by, but after a while you get use to it! The surroundings are so refreshing compared to some of the other locations I have lived (Crescent Gardens, Clintwood). Management is so friendly, maintentance is very quick with the repairs. People pick up after their dogs, kids are quiet, no loud music.
I'd say that the only complaint I have about this place is the insulation. We have an end unit (they ask you if you want one) and it can get pretty cold in here. The windows are not the best (heard they may replace them this year). We haven't had an RG&E bill over $150, and that is without the budget! In the summer the A/C works great and it is real comfortable.
I would highly recommend Woodland Estates!
