I like it here, I have lived here about 3 yrs. now. The biggest complaint I have is the speed bumps, and they are like every 15 ft. you have to go over another speed bump. It doesnt seem bad at first, but every day of this, and you'll go crazy in no time, plus people tail you when you try to go slow so you dont ruin your car. Every year they redo the speed bumps, and one was put up so high it completely ruined the undercarriage to my car, it actually scraped. They did lower it, but it should not have been left like that for so long. The other complaint is dog poo. Residents are suppossed to clean up their own dogs poo, but most dont and it ends up all over the lawn, if you have kids that like to play outdoors, then this maybe not the best place because it is the poo everywhere. It smells bad, and I think a few bad apples will ruin it for all the responsible people here. The apartments themselves are nice, but be forewarned they do yearly inspections here, and you are given a huge santa list of what must not be done, and what must be cleaned. It is very hard to get in here, you go through credit checks, the whole works. If you do make it here, you will find that it can be hard to live up to the expectations, it is very strict here. I know they care about the place, but sometimes it feels like an invasion of privacy, like they are always looking for something to evict you, maybe its just me. I have seen many come and go since I have been here. Most people dont stay too long. The trains are loud, you get used to it. But the speed bumps, are ridicoulous, and maybe one every 30 ft. would do just fine. If people are going to speed, they are going to do so anyways, they dont care.

I've been a tenant here for 2 years and love it. You have to deal with the trains, but you get use to it. The speed bumps are more than 30 feet apart. Yes one was kind of high for a while, but they did fix it. People I've seen pick up after their dogs. This is the first inspection I've been through, so I don't think they do them every year. The new windows they are installing are fantastic. I don't think their expectations are high, they just want you to take care of your place. Compared to some of the places I have lived in the city, this place is great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I've had no problems with anything, maintenance is very capable (given plenty of notice if they have to enter your apartment), parking is pretty good, and the office people are very friendly and helpful. Roberto is one of the nicest managers I have ever met.

Dog Poo IS everywhere. If you report it to the office it is a 2 - 3 day wait and they tell you to not let your kids play outside until it is cleaned up. You can have 2 Adults, 2 Children, 2 Dogs and 2 Cats. Have a 3rd baby and it's a no no.
