Bad - This apartment was nice to live in for awhile, but then the maintenance crew ended up being absolutely terrible. They walk into the apartment without calling and start fixing things. I have woken up with a man in my house fixing something in the bathroom, and it completely scared me. They also randomly will come through the apartment and fix things and charge us for damages that were ...Full review of Woodland Estates

Best place to live My husband and I have lived here for alittle over 4 months now and love it. Not only is each townhouse spacious but the neighborhood is quite and calm, even with kids around. The staff here is very friendly and gets the job done right, no matter how long it takes them.

Honestly Whoever wrote that comment about this place not being safe and referring to the abduction is stretching it a little far. That occurred at random about 7 years ago and Woodlands has changed drastically since then. It is nothing gorgeous, but the lighting and landscaping is acceptable.

Not so great.. This complex doesn't have the best track record of being a safe community. It scares me living here now that im stuck in a 12 month lease with my family(i wish i read these reviews before signing the lease!). Also, your neighbors are loud, and theirs no parking especially

Parking is not that bad. Maitenance is here in a flash. Trains are not bad at all. You get used to it. Very quiet neighborhood and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Overall, we love it. Feels like a campsite with a classy look.

I moved into woodland estates 8 months ago, since I have been here I have had a problem with the parking regulations living in a two bedroom and having two cars. If your going to have a regulation about residential and visitor parking then it should be inforced and it is not here. Lighting

Best value on the east side We moved into Woodland Estates about 7 months ago. The townhouses are nice and the best price in southeast Rochester area. Drawbacks are the railroad tracks next to the complex (you **kind of** get used to them), poor office staff that never answers the phone,

No longer a family place I've lived here many years, and it used to be a wonderful family oriented apartment complex. Unfortunately, they started leasing to St. John Fisher. It has become a college dorm with a few families thrown in. While there are respectful students, the bad eggs ruin it
