WAY WAY and may I reitterate WAY overpriced for what you get! Modest size apartments. The quality of the area is taking a nosedive. Rent crept up to $685 for a two bedroom/one bath!! You can get a lot more elsewhere. PRONE TO FLOODS!! DO NOT get a basement level apt. you will be sorry! Driving your garbage in the middle of a snow storm to the other side of the complex is a big PAIN IN THE DRAIN!!! The Showers burn you and freeze you, burn, freeze, burn freeze every morning! One thing maintenance could not get a handle on.

However..........maintenance fast and efficient. everything always works. They can definately put $ into renovations. This place is straight out of the 70's and the paneling and smelly hall ways must be taken care of!! I left refusing to pay 685, when now I pay 665 for a nicer apt in Camillus with two bathrooms and an intercom system.

FYI-its also getting ghetto
