I have lived in Franklin Park Apartments for over 8 years and have never had the problems that the previous review listers noted with the exception of the one flood that was strictly Mother Nature's doing. Everyone, including the neighbors and management and office staff, did all they could for those affected. It was great to see everyone come together to help each other. The office staff has always been helpful and the maintenance crew is very quick to resolve any issues (ex: wasp nest in air conditioner). The halls and laundry areas are kept clean and the grounds are beautiful. The apartments are spacious and have plenty of storage room. I feel secure here and my family calls it home.
