Very Bad Service and Management and Condition

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
 
There are rats everywhere. The noises from rats in the wall can be heard clearly in the night. The office did nothing but give several rat traps.
Parking is very inconvenient. The assigned parking spot was always occupied by visitors
The staff in the office is awful and rude.
Laundry room is dirty and one of the two washers is often out of work.
