2 months - so far so good Here are my pros and cons for having only lived at Ridgeview for 2 months:
Pros:
Good size for 1 bedroom. More than enough room for one person to live in
Very easy to get to for friends/family
Clean (no roaches as people have said)
New appliances/carpet
Very friendly

Not Recommended by Me I am a professional who lived in the community for a year. I couldn't wait to get out. For the same price I was paying at Nob Hill, I now rent a place 250% larger with much nicer ammenities in a much nicer neighborhood, and I just moved one town away.

Re: to read this here first everyone knows you work there. rent is a lot, they are very unappreciative, and will try anything, anytime to get more money out of you, like fines and adding a garbage fee etc...look in the pennysaver or Craigslist.com for a place in a private home,
