Nice but noisy Had a decent year there--was comfortable, clean, convenient. But noise was horrible. Even sneezes from next door transmitted through walls. All the engineer guys in my building came home and played their war video games or techno/dance junk night after night, and it left

Your Rights Like most apartments in the area Summit Chase is overpriced. Most of the office staff are good people and will try to help you, but be aware that the managment try to enforce NYC Landlord-Tenant laws which vary greatly to the rest of NY State.

Great Location Moved to the area a year ago. The apartments have garage parking and in-unit washers and dryers which are really convenient! The staff is friendly and there when you need them. My apartment has a really good views.

Wonderful Apartments We lived at Summit Chase for the last couple of years and found the apartments to be very nice and comfortable. The staff was always there if we needed them. Very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Loved the pool and fitness area. Would definitely recommmend this

Lovely Apartment New to this area, found this apartment complex lovely. Love the washer dryer in unit.
