The staff changes every few weeks and nothing stays the same. All the rules seem to change with the new people. The insides are dated and old. My sink is a gold and does not match my bathroom set. The kitchen cupboards where falling apart. The parking is great if you don't mind walking half a mile. Plus if you are not in a guest parking you will get a ticket stating you will be towed. The lighting is not so great in the lots. You can barely see 10 feet in front of you. We also have an ant problem every year. At least it seems to be quit. I have been here for many years and it seem to get worst and worst. I'm looking into moving out soom. On a light note. You do get free cable, a fitness room, outdoor pool and I guess there is not a small play area for small childern. The price you pay is what you get.

Wow... somehow I managed to get to this site and read what "anonymous" wrote. EVERYTHING she said was like shes living in my place as well! But what ticks me off is that SO many people park in the resident parking and dont get towed. I am a resident and have to park in a completely different lot! I have a townhouse, and do have ants every year, and I am a VERY clean person!!! My kitchen cupboards fall apart, Ive asked maintenance to do some things and I get a half @ss job. I had a leak in the ceiling, and it was just covered with paint! Of course rent is being raised, and its the roofs and old stoves that are being repaired. Not mine although I still have to get rent raised 30 dollars. I think the pool and free cable and the fact that I am too busy to move at this point in my life are the only reasons Im here.
