I'm not sure why the other person who commented on Highview manor said that there was no playground for kids! I have a 2yr old daughter who LOVES the playground that's here. The complex is great...lots of trees, its quiet and I really like our neighbors. And walking a mile to your apartment' Yeah right...we park RIGHT in front of the door to our complex, its like 20 feet from the door...I'd hardly consider that a mile walk. The only thing I'd have to complain about is the dryer in the basement of our building...it sucks, it costs me about $3 just to dry a big load (not all of the dryers are like the one we have). Other than that we're having a great time here...very spacious layout and its only $768 with ALL of our utilities included (we got a deal when we signed our lease). Also, our kitchen tile, carpet, bathroom fixtures, mirrors above the sink, fridge AND dishwasher are BRAND NEW. Who cares if the sink doesn't match the color of the bathroom!
I would reccommend anyone to come live here! Thanks
