The rent in the past has risen to a value that the complex does not offer. Parking is a constant problem in the development as management does not follow through on it's own policies. Any questions or concerns that are brought to the local office are ignored. Noise is also a concern. I used to enjoy living here, but the decline in services and increase in price has assured me that I will not resign, nor would I ever recomend a Farash property to anyone I know.
