I lived at Highview Manor for 4 years. They stuck me in a basement apartment, which they called a first floor. Bugs came in through the walls, and when it rained, water poured in one day. They didn't come dry out the carpets, so mold grew that summer all through the apartment. I asked to move to another apartment as it was making me sick and they acted as if it was a hassel on their part! I had to pay movers to move me. So I moved to another one there. Big mistake. A year after being in that one, and frankly having no issues, a guy moves in upstairs that walks around at 4 in the morning until I got up at 7 to go to work. He kept me up every night for two months before I moved again. They refused to do more than ask him to stop. They "suggested" I move. The management was terrible and the messages for getting things fixed were never exactly what I had asked for. The free cable was the only perk.
