I've lived in Highview Manor for over two years and am looking to move. I believe that you are paying for the location of the village of Fairport and not the complex. When I first moved in, I lived in a "garden" apartment (the basement) and had an awful neighbor upstairs who didn't work or go to school so he was up all hours of the night, listening to loud music or just clapping and signing... Creepy! After complaining several times to the management I finally insisted that I move to a third floor apartment. This apartment was better but when my bedroom windown cracked it February, they told me it had to be warm when they replaced it! So when it cracked all the way through, I had to keep that window open, rain or shine and with my AC on! In the summer they finally came and fixed it after I called almost a half dozen times! Also, my rent has been raised 3 times (4 if I renew) if 2 1/2 years! Too overpriced for what you get. If my rent was the same as when I moved in, I would probably stay. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
