I love HVM. What do you want about the noise' You live in an apartment. You are going to get a few times where it is going to be loud. I have had the upstairs girl come down and just let me know my tv was a little loud for her and she could not sleep. I told her I was sorry and that I didn't know. She was fine with it. People just don't know sometine how loud they are.

The buildings are very quit and the office staff is as helpful as they can be. The girls in the office have get togethers in the summer and bake cookies in the winter and give them out for x-mas gifts to the older tenants. The guys on maintenance are oll over the service calls. I have never had a problem getting something fixed.

Bugs... Yes we do get bugs but our 2 cats get them. How many places let you have 2 cats' If you lived anywhere else you would have bugs too.

To sum it all up. The staff is great, the apartments are well priced with big open layouts and if it was not for get a new job in a different state I would not want to move out.
