Decent place for price

Been living here 6 months. Best price i could find in fairport location. Workout facility is a joke, as is storage, but apartments are nice. Windows do mold because of the crappy 70s design but in any old apartment complex that is what happens. I am on top floor so noise is not bad, but walls are a little thin, no big complaints tho. Free cable rocks.
