I live in a one bedroom. When I first moved here, it was $690, not a bad price. But to raise rent to $750 not to mention what they may raise it to this year. Maintenance sucks. Seems they are always too drunk!!! You might as well fix it yourself. Management seems to care less. The building in whole has 12 apartments and only two washers and two dryers ( one of which you waste your money because all it does it make it warm and damp.) Basement has flooded twice last year and you can smell themold. Complained about rowdy neighbors, the pot smoking. Nothing gets done. I'm allergic to it, there are kids in every apartment but two(which I do not mind, but take the drugs else where and leave your beer bottles and cans inside) Security doors do not work, can not buzz someone in, you have to actually open your door, see who it is, then open the door for them. Used to have free cable, now if you sign a lease, guess what.... NO LONGER INCLUDED! Being an upstairs apartment, the heat is too much. In the winter, the bedroom gets so cold.. maintenace way of fixing it is telling you to get space heaters.... NOT
