We have lived her for 16 years and we would recommend this complex to any one. It is very quiet. No noise through the walls or from upstairs. In winter the parking lot is plowed and each parking spot where the cars are moved are plowed as well. The lawn is kept up and so are the plants and shrubs. As far as maintenance goes we have never had a problem with any one here. If something is broke they fix or replace it. A wonderful place to live and don't plan on moving soon.

oh come on.. everyone who lives here KNOWS this place is not kept up at all. We cant keep a manager here to save our lives.. why? because once they get here they know they have to field our complaints and cant do a thing to fix it because the owner of the property ties thier hands. There are sooo many problem with this place its rediculas!

I have found that the ones who are complaining about the complex are the young kids who live on the other side of the complex. We have no priblems in our building AT ALL. Planting flowers and trimming bushes makes us feel like this is our home. We didn't move in to be waited on. Almost everyone in our building plants flowers, cleans up around their side of the building like we would our own house. I don't but my nose into what management does or doesn't do. When I call the office and need help with something, some one is right there with help. If you don't have this type of service maybe it's because of the way you treat management or maintainance. People treat you like you treat them.

They are APARTMENTS, not CONDOS! Tenants should not be responsible for landscaping!! If we had wanted to do yardwork, we would have bought a house!!!!!!! I am a middle aged woman and I am embarrassed about the way it looks here! Yes, we should all help out where we can, I agree...there is no other option. If one person from each bldg would offer a couple of hours of their time/talent each week, it would make a huge difference, I suppose...but still...it SHOULD NOT be the responsibility of the tenant...
