We had a huge vermin problem in our appt. Not rats "just" field mice. And catching 2-3 a night was not comforting. Drains suck in this place - they just don't drain. They retarded management deposited sent me an eviction notice AFTER having deposited my check!! Thanks a lot idiots! Learn to check your bank deposits! Michelle the manager left after a few months, the new one is never there and never responds to maintenence requests.

The outside maitenenence is a total joke. The weeds are sometimes 3 feet tall, grass never cut and a foot tall, and we had firecode violations on trees an shubs growing too close to windows. there are bricked lightposts that have been smashed in for two years and never fixed - looks like someone hit them with a car. They are too cheep to salt and they plow infrequenly.

The manager, Elizabeth Karlson is the most innefective and clueless person I have ever met as a property manager. She is even rude enough to not call you back, put you old hold forever, and screw up everything she touches. Bravo, it goes with the complex.

Rather than trim the hedges/trees, they ripped them out of the ground!!
