Multiple turnovers of management has led to gaps where more and more undesireables are let into what used to be a nice apartment complex. Service guys seem to be decent but the owners are so stingy they won't pay for anything to be fixed, trimmed, painted, etc. They won't even pay for the gas to cut the lawns in the summer! Lights and decorations have been broken for years, potholes are deep enough to damage your car, and little or no salt is used, so there is dangerous ice in the parking lot long after it is gone from streets. The worst however is the continuing decline in the quality of people they let rent here. Fires, vermin infestation (mice and roaches), arrests, noise, trash, have come because good people won't rent in this place. To attract more people (and keep rents high) they have even begun allowing pets, which they never allowed before. So sad: nice location, horrible owners, managers and tenants. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

To add to all of this, They have decided to increase the rent. Heat hasn't worked for a year. Windows are not insulated. There are mice and chipmunk infestations. Not to mention, none of us know who the land lord is...he is kept secret as if he was in the Mafia or something. This place should be condemned. You would be better off living in a slum...opps thats what this is.

yes, i agree, trust me this new manager isnt far from the last one, this place is a joke!!! I have had so mmany problems and so ignored, the way they fix things are like a 2 year old came in and fixed it. They need to really take a look where they are located and not disgrace Fairport!!
