I have had nothing but the most enjoyable experience at Oakwood Manor. The Manager is FRIENDLY, CARING, & COURTEOUS. Ernie, the maintenance man is personable and does a FANTASTIC job! If you are looking for an apartment in Perinton/Fairport, this is the one stop you need to see

Oakwood Manor has gone down hill since new management has arrived- not so much the new owners but the manager of the complex- she never returns calls and is blatantly rude. She should by no means be managing this property or any other for that matter. Phone calls are NEVER returned and if they are they are days later with a poor attitude. I will never renew my lease- and I have been told by many others they will not renew theirs as well. It seems as though Oakwood Manors standards in renting has gone downhill to say the very least. I rate it 0 stars DONT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Don't believe the negative review. I can't say enough good about Oakwood Manor. I recently moved here and could not be happier. The staff is so wonderful and personable. Everything was absolutely impeccable when I moved in. I honestly could not ask for more. Thank you Diane and Ernie! Sincerely, Mary M.
