Noisy and No Privacy

Management needs to let upstairs tenants know that 1st floor tenants can hear EVERYTHING--conversations, footsteps, bathroom and bedroom activities, and need to advise upstairs tenants to be aware that nothing is private. Telephone lines "bleed"; that is, when you pick up your own phone, you can hear other telephone conversations in the building. Parking is a problem; needs to be better organized, or have apartment numbers painted on spaces. Some tenants have 3 and 4 vehicles, and take up all the close-in parking, leaving others to park far away. Snow removal is a problem; usually plowing is not done until early to mid-afternoon, and walkways are inconsistently cleared. Not enough closet space. Expensive.
