Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1997
these apartments are well made. I lived in a bottom apartment, and both people above me weighed well over 200lbs. I never heard them! Plus, they are made of brick. In the summer,I didnt even turn on the a/c it stayed so cool. (but with fairport elec, who cares!) the management is great, and you can walk to the grocery store in about 5 minutes. The groundskeeper had some morning glories growing up the lamppost in the summertime.
