Nice and clean. Well kept grounds and buildings, the maintenance crew does a good job. The pool is big, but the water stays cold until late summer, and the water in the whirlpool is unheated. The apartments are quiet, we rarely heard noise from our neighbors. Parking is good and kept well plowed inthe winter. Utilities are cheap, we averaged $14 a month. But the apartments are expensive for the size and location. They allow pets...which made the extra cost worth it. Some of the equipment in the gym needs repair.
