The apartment is gorgeous inside. Huge living room almost too big. Everytime I called with a problem they were there that day or the next day. I dont see how other reviews could hear other people phone calls. I dont hear a thing from my neighbors once in awhile i hear the people upstairs stomp across the floor but not very often. The parking can sometimes be bad on the weekends but its not bad bcuz there are lots of spots. I defintily recommend this place if you are going to be living in Fairport/Perinton area. Rent is kind of high but w/ most of the utilities included you really cant beat it around here.

what is the rent and what is and not included..how much are you paying...my daughter and I are looking for a place...I am in my upper 30's / she is 3...not looking for a retirement community by no means but the location is perfect. Thanks Miles
