Maintenance is horrible. Our A/C was not working most of the summer. We never received our screen door. The building power went out more than 10 times.

There is not enough parking. The inner roads are small and have rocks around them. Many people have hit the rocks and caused damage to their cars.

These apartments are overpriced for what you get.
