Don't Let Looks Fool You !

Over time I noticed that the grounds only get worked on when new folks are checking out the place. The parking lots are small for the amount of folks living in each unit. I lost power so many times I lost track. The washing machines are not kept clean. A couple of winters back I acutally had a pipe break and ruin lots of things. The worst part - they tried to blame me for having my heat set to low ! Avg temp kept at 70 - (Fairport elec helped keep the cost low for such a luxury) Just another cheap place trying to pass the bill onto the renter!
Don't even get me started on the times they messed up the paperwork and payments !
