Clean, friendly place to live. Spacious living areas at an excellent price. Fairport Electric keeps electricity bills low. Fast maintenance staff who respond immediately, even on late Sunday nights. Customer service is friendly. Grounds crew keeps the place clean, mowed and plowed. Other tenants are quiet and the townhouse feels secluded and secure. Never a parking issue. The only problem we had was getting in; they didn't think we made enough money and didn't want three young men living there. Otherwise I would highly recommend this complex.
