Don't trust management

I have gone through the application process at whitney ridge twice now and I am frustrated with management beyond belief. At first, management is extremely friendly and when they show you the apartments they will tell you what ever lies about the application process they can think of to trick you into paying thier application fees and deposits. Then, as soon as they begin running your application the truth slowly comes out, dragging the process out for weeks longer than originally promised. I have been lied to by management by parking situation, specifics of income requirements, application fees, apartment amenities, employment verifications, and apartment availability. The most frustrating part about all of this is that the stories/lies change depending on who in management you are speaking to. There are three, and none of them are on the same page with each other. This requires multiple revisits to the apartment complex during the application process (because it's impossible for them to settle these problems with you over the phone). I enjoy the actual apartment I live in, but the unethical business practices of this management team hardly make it worth it to reach the finish line.
