This is the worst complex I have ever seen. If you want to pay suburban prices for ghetto living, whitney ridge is the place for you. If you want central air that keeps your -------- at a comfortable 80 degrees on a 75 degree day, whitney ridge is the place for you. If you like parking two or three dark parking lots away from your apartment, then this place is perfect for you.
