I can only assume that the bad reviews here are old, perhaps when teh apt compex was under old management. My husband & I have lived at Whitney Ridge for 1 1/2 years & have no complaints at all. We're in a beautiful loft apartment, the grounds are pristine, and we never hear any noises from any of the apartments surrounding us. The staff have always been friendly and helpful & the only maintenance issue we've ever had was that a lightbulb in one of the high ceilings (maybe 40 fett up) had to be changed, which it was, quickly and professionally.
