The BEST place is Whitney Ridge Apartments!!! We LOVE it here!!!!!!!!!

We ended our apartment search when we looked at Whitney Ridge. We looked all over in the Perinton/Fairport area. We were brand new to the area and found it so easy to get around; to stores, rest., etc. Our apartment is soooooooo spacious and open.

Management is excellent and more than helpful; very professional! They, were great in helping us locate an apartment, explained all the different options to choose from, showed us apartments that were not the model and they looked the same. I knew we wouldn't be segregated us cause we are a family....we're in the year 2007 people...hello. So glad they do have an application/approval process. We knew exactly what we'd pay for rent and electric. I called the electric company myself and did not find any discrepancy. We work hard for what we have. I don't want riff raft living next to me...which is what you'll get...

After some time of moving in & living there, we received a call from the Property Manager to see how things were living in our home. I thought that was very impressive. I have never received a personal phone call before from a complex Property Manager; never. He was so professional, nice and friendly. I knew we were in a place that cares about residence.

Maintenance staff has ALWAYS been professional, friendly and prompt with any calls we've placed to them to take care of something in our "home"...ALWAYS!!!! Totally trust the staff to go our home when we're not home. There is a growns keeper that walks the whole property...I've never seen that before. We see him every morning picking up other people's trash...that's awesome. He does a great job!

The common areas are always clean and smell nice indoors. I have seen the cleaning staff work in our building and they too are professional and very very nice.

We live on the first floor and love it. There are no bug/spider problems or wetness. Our apartment is very dry.

This is the 1st place we have ever lived where the snow removal takes place; EVERYDAY!! We've never had parking issues in the winter. The sidewalks & our door steps are always shoveled.

Our laundry room in our building is great. We have 24/7 access to it. I have only had to wait for 1 or 2 neighbors in the whole time we've lived here. The machines are cheap especially compared to Off site Laundry Mats...we never have to go leave the complex. We don't have to use those card type systems.

Very cool in the summer with Central Air; not a window unit. Central Air is so inexpensive to run with Fairport Village Electric. The pool is great, always clean and always staffed with a lifeguard.

I can't understand the previous negative comments...you need to consider the source(s). Unreal. The BEST place is Whitney Ridge Apartments!!! We LOVE it here!!!!!!!!! I think some (not all people) people purposely try to make things difficult for others. Very unfortunate.

--------. These fake posts praising Shitney Ridge pop up every time somebody gives an honest review. I have no doubt that management posts these. I'm sure they have a lot of time on their hands, since they don't spent it managing.
