Don't believe any of the positive reviews that management posts here. The truth is that they will wait for you to leave and will go through your stuff. We had various cameras setup throughout our apartment for security, just in case of burglary. We never thought that we would actually need them, Fairport is a pretty nice place, and we assumed that Whitney Ridge was nice too. After noticing several valuables missing from my apartment, and several charges on my cable bill for adult movies (I wrongfully accused my son of ordering these), I started reviewing video from my security cams. I was absolutely shocked at what I saw! Not only were maintenance workers entering my house, watching my television and going through my personal property, so was the management! I can't even being to explain how terrible it is to have your trust violate by people who can access your home at any time. I would never recommend Whitney Ridge in a million years! Not only was it an awful experience, I'm terrified to ever rent anywhere again.
