Is Peter George the redneck ------- with the leather NASCAR hat?

I'm not sure who this Peter George guy is, but the piece of white trash that wears the leather nascar hat 24/7 is the absolute worst person I have had to deal with at Whitney Ridge. I think he might be --------, he certainly loves them French fried potaters.
