VERY BAD Alot of derelicts hang around playing lotto, drinking beer and i suspect getting high and selling drugs. major infestation of bedbugs!!!! Staff is not helpful - people screaming in hallways, animals relieve themselves in the building - staff is not helpful and people park wherever

BedBugHeaven A friend og mines lives there and he has had 3 bouts with BEDBUGS and have not won any of them. That building seems to have a major problem and they are not using a reliable Pest Control Company.

Great place to live during the windstorm! Nothing blew down at The Sand Castle, the power didn't go out, and nobody was hurt. People didn't have to go outside at all because the building has a gym, gourmet market, pharmacy, and laundry facilities. And the beauty salon

don't do it! People beg for money/change in the elevator, tenants stoned out of their heads riding the elevators who can barely walk, at least oncea week I see a car with a broken window from vandals, security sucks can't wait to move all the normal people I saw living here over
