Well, overall Rental Office personnel made false promises from the get-go, people parking on grass.....silent notes about garage doors being closed, garbage cans being placed inside garage. Nope no phone call, not even anything in the lease. Four of the 12 months got more 'silent notes' on door AFTER the office was closed that rent was never paid, which was an accounting error on the Rental Offices.

They also claim great 'move in specials' and 'pet friendly' community. Guess again,
the 'move in special' is a low security deposit until your ready to move, do a walkthrough, which by the way is NOT documented. THEN to take the cake, wait over 30 days for security deposit and recieve a massive bill for replacement carpeting, cabinet repainting, which by the way, is all wood throughout the kitchen, WHICH is impossible to repaint.

I hired a professional carpet cleaning company to take care of 5 rooms and 1 hallway about $780 in total on last day of move..... was told apartment looked fine.

Fairdale Townhomes.....families, college students, seniors, retireees, all I can say

RENTERS BEWARE.....

it's true, I've seen them do it to the neighbors. They don't allow you to be there during walk through. And I've caught them in several lies.
